Our Commitment

At Frizelonvulia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fabric accessories purchase. We stand behind the quality of our pouches, bags, and custom products. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Standard Products

For non-customized items from our ready-made collection:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Full refund or exchange available

Custom and Personalized Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom printed items:

  • Custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind
  • We will replace items with printing errors or defects at no cost
  • Please review digital proofs carefully before approving
  • Color variations due to screen displays are not considered defects

If there is an error on our part (wrong design, misspelling we did not catch, production defect), we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the defect
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund
  • No return shipping required for defective items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and address
  4. Ship the item back in secure packaging

Return Shipping

For standard returns:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For defective items or errors on our part, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Items will be inspected within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds processed to original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Contact us to arrange the exchange
  • Subject to availability
  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom printed or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards
